Viewing Supply Plan Definition after Launching returns error

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue:

You create a supply plan definition, then launch it, then return to view or edit the supply plan definition and it gives you, "An unexpected error has occurred."

No error occurred in the supply planning event log.
