WMS and WIP Staging

When we use the WMS Manufacturing mobile and complete the WO using the assembly-build feature we do not see the items moving from WIP Staging. We have the backflush box checked have double checked everything including the bin to make sure everything is checked but we are still having this issue. Can anyone help?
