Error with Subsidiary and Tax Code in Bills CSV Import

Hi guys!

I am performing an import of CSV of Bills and I am keep the same error:
"Invalid taxcode reference key ESSS-RO for subsidiary 10."

The referred Tax Code is "include childern" and in Tax Setup in the relevant nexus subtab, for the Tax Code lists I have selected "Tax Codes and Tax Groups".

I am getting the same issue if I use internal id of tax codes. Any ideas what is causing this error?
