Assembly Build - Production Price Variance Due to 2 BOM Variations

I am having a PPV due to having two BOMs variations. The assembly build used the higher cost component. However, the projected value was calcuated using the lower cost component, thus creating the PPV.

Component 4916469P is higher cost
Projected Value is using lower cost component not shown.

How do I clear this variance?
