How does one access the Lot/Item Detail of a work order transaction in Analytics?

I'm looking to build a data set that has the lot number used in an assembly build to match to an adjustment to get the components in the cases that were adjusted out. I can't seem to find the lot,item detail, inventory number record anywhere in analytics. Has someone does something like this and how might I go about it?
