Customer Profitability Report

I am trying to create a customer profitability report that does not include any customers that have open invoices or bills on their orders. I cannot figure out a way to do this. A couple suggestions I have found do not have the correct options available in this report. I tried doing it as a search, but am not getting the profitability fields we want. Any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!
