Deprecated custom transactions missing permission

Hi guys,

We previously had a bundle installed that created several transactions with GL impact.
After uninstalling the bundle, those transactions were converted into something called 'Deprecated custom transactions'.

Now, we are using third-party service to consolidate all Financial transactions, and we have a standard NetSuite REST integration that exports financial records from NetSuite.
The best practice is not to use the Administrator role for the integration, therefore we built a custom role, with more limited permissions that can export all financial transactions (with GL impact), and it is working.
The problem is that the 'Deprecated custom transactions' that have GL impact can be seen or exported only with Administrator role.
