Is there a way to automatically stop a promotion once the availability of the free gift reaches 0?

On a promotion, I'm giving away a free gift when a customer makes any purchase.

Issue is this item goes out of stock but the promotion is still applying the item to transaction.

How do I turn off the promotion as soon as the available quantity of the item reaches 0?
