Batch execution error - Statistical program

Every month we have 4 statistical programs that run intermittently; some months they run well and the others months they don't.
The error it throws is: "batch execution error".
I've been investigating, I created a case with Oracle and I can't find what's wrong.
I cannot find why the process only fails onley sometimes.
Do you have any ideas what else I can check?
