Duplicate lines on invoice creation from Next Bill on Sales Order after 2026.1

Since the 2026.1 upgrade, end users are seeing a behavior change when they click the Next Bill button on a sales order. Before the 2026.1 upgrade, the line(s) on the sales order would populate on the invoice with a quantity of zero. Users would update the quantity with the correct information to bill. After the 2026.1 upgrade, line(s) from the sales order are duplicated on the invoice. The quantity for one line is zero. The quantity for the duplicate line is the remaining quantity to be billed. I cannot find any changes to features,
