Create Inventory Count now working for some roles

Hi.

The users were able to use the Create Inventory Count last Monday April 13. Then when they open that page again, there is nothing showing there. Only we can see them as Administrators. We haven't change anything on their roles.

Anybody is experience the same?

I verified the roles have the proper permissions and has i mentioned before, they used last Monday.
