What is the Quality Management Bundle ID?

We recently purchased the Quality Management bundle. We received no insight what the actual bundle Id is in Netsuite to install. I have tried various bundles that reference quality management, however they all say that we do not have access. I have reached out to our Account Manager and was told they do not supply that information. I have also created a Support Ticket but have not received any feedback for 4 days. Overall I am finding this experience extremely frustrating. We purchased the Quality Bundle only to be given absolutely no guidance on actually getting installed.
