Multiple Sessions enabled but users still limited to one login
Description
We have enabled the Multiple Sessions / Simultaneous Logins feature in NetSuite, but users are still being logged out when logging in from another device.
Current behavior:
• User logs into NetSuite on device A
• When logging into device B, the first session gets logged out
What we have already checked:
• Feature is enabled
• One role with 2FA
• Issue occurs across different devices (even in different bowsers)
Questions:
1. Are there additional configuration steps required beyond enabling the feature?
3. Are there account-level or security settings that override this behavior?
4. Is this a known limitation or bug?
Looking for guidance on how to properly configure NetSuite to allow simultaneous sessions per user.
