Sales Order > Quantity Billed, Quantity Fulfilled

I don't see these column fields at the SO line level anymore:

  • Qty Billed
  • Qty Fulfilled

They aren't showing/available on the standard SO form.

Advanced Shipping is enabled. Am I overlooking something?
