Expense Delegate help

Hello,

We are on Netsuite 2026.1 and want to create an expense delegate role so that an assistant can fill out an expense for their boss. Is this something that can go through Advanced approvals? IF so, what is the best way to go about this? I have one partially working, but the field it is trying to use is coming back as read-only and in the end, we do want the Requestor as read-only; however, for now, we want to be able to use different people. Is anyone using something such as this and could you provid any assistance please.
