The approval matrix is invalidated for data that is moved to the sandbox in production
workflow - Approved states
This is a new record I created after moving the production environment to the sandbox. It has been approved. The edit button is hidden and the workflow is also in effect.
The official team of NetSuite has moved our production environment data to the Sandbox. After the migration, I found that the approval matrix Workflow was completely ineffective. Additionally, the edit button (Edit) was visible on some records but not on others. Could you please tell me what might be the reason for this?
