email replies show a long email address

Steps:

1- From NetSuite I emailed a Sales Order to my personal email. Opening the email my From name looks good showing our domain email address.

2- From my personal email I want to reply but as you see, shows my work name and the long "message" like you see in the image.

Same thing happened when I receive the email in outlook and reply back as you see in this second image.

we had our DKIM set up and i don't recall seeing that behavior before but i might be not sure.

Any help is appreciated
