What can I set up to start tracking customer item price changes?
Hi everyone,
From what I understand there is no way to see changes that have been made to the custom item prices on a customer record. However, prices keep going missing, certain customers keep getting wiped and I can't tell why.
Is there something I can set up to track this change?
I feel like the only idea I have is to download all customer pricings every day until one day someone notices the pricing has changed and I can use that data to figure out when the change happened. But even then that's just the day it happened, there could be loads of reasons as to what, who, why the pricings were removed and it also sounds like a stupid amount of data for me to have to record.
