Saved Search Condition on a Workflow
Hi, I am trying to create an approval workflow on Vendor Bank Details. The basic workflow is working: Bank Detail Edited/Created > Set to Inactive > User Clicks Approve button > Bank Detail set to Active.
Now I want to add a condition and tie it to a Custom Record that we created. The Custom Record tracks the Vendor Bank Detail Verification steps as per company policy. This is a Custom Record and is tied to the Bank Detail . This custom record tracks who completed the steps, when it was completed, and how the vendor was contacted.
I now want to add a condition that the Approve button should only appear IF a Vendor Bank Detail Verification custom record exists. These two records are tied by the Vendor Bank Detail as the user must select the relevant bank detail on the Vendor Bank Detail Verification custom record. However, I am now struggling to connect the two through Workflow.
