Supply Planning Workbench not respecting operation-level start dates on Work Orders
We have Work Orders with multiple operations, each with its own start date and components assigned per operation. For example, WO #178 has a component (item 300207) assigned to Operation 600 (Wrap) with a start date of 7/2/2026. However, the Planning Workbench is showing that component as needed today (6/11/2026) instead of 7/2/2026.
We have verified:
- Operations have correct start dates in the WO
- Components are correctly assigned to each operation in the BOM/Routing
- All lead times in the item master are blank/zero
- Planning Repository has been refreshed multiple times
It appears the Supply Planning module is using the WO's overall start date (or today's date if the WO is past due) instead of the individual operation start dates for component requirements.
