Folder Restriction in Netsuite
We've restricted document folders using group. When a user who isn't part of the assigned group goes to Documents > Files > File Cabinet, they can't see the restricted documents, which is exactly what we would expect.
The issue comes up on the **Communications** subtab of transactions (such as Purchase Orders, Journals, Expense Reports, etc.). When a user tries to attach a document by selecting **New File**, they're required to choose a folder. At that point, folders like **SuiteApps** and **SuiteBundles** are still visible, even though we've restricted them using both static and dynamic groups based on SuiteAnswers articles 8926 and 34568.
So while the user can't see these folders or files in the File Cabinet, they can still see and select files from them when attaching a document through the Communications subtab.
