Error in NSPB to Netsuite connection

This was working for about a year, and then stoped about 3 weeks ago.

Configuration checklist shows authentication is sucessful, but if i try to open the EPM Activity logs i get the same error as is shown in the script execution logs

When i look on the OCI side the test connection fails and reports the folloing two errors
