Create a message, add attachment and attach to supportcase
Hi,
I'm trying to create a restlet (SuiteScript 2.1 or 2.0) that allows me to manage "supportcase". Specifically, I need to create "supportcase" (which I know how to do), then I need to create "message", insert attachments to the "message", and attach the "messages" to specific "supportcase". I've found how to create "message.", I've found how to create a "message" and insert an attachment, I've found how to create a "message" and insert it directly into the "supportcase", but I haven't found a way to create a "message", insert an attachment, and link it to a "supportcase".
Let me explain:
- To link a normal message to a case, I can fill in the "incomingmessage" field of the "supportcase".
