LCS On-Demand Learning Pass Access
Question Regarding LCS On-Demand Learning Pass Access
Hello Everyone,
Our company has an active LCS (Learning Cloud Support) On-Demand Learning Pass for a single user, which is included in our NetSuite subscription renewal. However, when I log in to NetSuite Learning, I am unable to access certain courses and receive a message prompting me to subscribe to a Company Pass.
I checked with our NetSuite Account Manager, who advised that the LCS On-Demand access is typically assigned to the company's Authorized Contact. Unfortunately, I am not sure who is currently designated as the Authorized Contact for our account.
