Unable to Edit Subsidiaries Field on Bank Account GL Record - OneWorld
We are a NetSuite OneWorld customer with a Parent Company and one subsidiary. We are in the process of closing one of our subsidiary's bank accounts and need to associate the subsidiary with a different existing bank GL account.
The issue is that the Subsidiaries field on our target GL account (Type: Bank) is read-only and cannot be edited, even when logged in as an Administrator. The account currently only has the Parent Company associated with it and we need to add the subsidiary.
Specific questions:
- Is there a way to unlock or edit the Subsidiaries field on an existing bank GL account in OneWorld?
