Hi @MichelCA, let us know if you were able to check the comment above. Thank you!

Hi @User_CZ26J , if it's a sales/purchase type custom transaction, then STE should calculate taxes. If it's not calculating, we suggest you to please file a case so our Support team can investigate further. If you need assistance in filing a case, please let us know so we can assist you. Thank you!

Hi @Brian L. Brown, I've tried replicating this in our test account (2024.1) using Admin role and noted that even on standard journal entry form, the currency field is editable unless the form has been customized to make the field disabled. We also noted that the Currency it defaults to is based on the base currency of the…

Hi @MichelCA, are you trying to replicate the AR aging in the saved search for open invoices? You can try checking this related SAID 85341 Create AR Aging Report and A/R Aging using Saved Search as your reference. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing a possible workaround, @Matthew Pitkin! Feel free to update us so other members who may have this concern in the future would have some reference too. 😊

Hi @jitendrapratap is it the 24.1 demo account version? If yes, you should be able to enable SuiteTax right away. However, if it's 23.2 version, you will still need to file a case to have it enabled on your account. Hope this clarifies. Thank you!

Hi @User_CZ26J , I would like to confirm if the feature is working well with the standard/built in forms and the issue is only reproducible in custom transaction forms? :)
-
Hi @User_UEJ7U, were you able to check the comment above? :)
-
Hi @Matthew Pitkin, thank you for the clarification! We understand your concern better now - you want to prevent transactions posted on the Parent but still be able to have it shown on the reports. I consulted this internally if it's possible to put controls via workflow unfortunately it's not. On the other hand, you may…

Hi @User_USRCP, let us know if you have further inquiry on this :)

Hi @FazeprooF, I did further checking if there are other applicable fields, however, I was not able to find one. It seems that the ability to exclude discount line items on workbook analytics is still currently a system limitation. I was not able to find an existing enhancement request related to this but you can raise a…

HI @User_UEJ7U! The value you select in the Subsidiary Context list for a report determines the data and currency to be used for amounts. The currency is the base currency of the subsidiary you select. There are two types of financial reports that you can generate. 1. Subsidiary Level of Report - These reports pull out the…

Hi @FazeprooF, the other ideas I could think of are the following: This is usually applicable in saved search so you can try if this would work also on the analytics :)
-
Hi Brian L. Brown, if you use NetSuite OneWorld, the Currency field displays the base currency of the subsidiary selected in the Subsidiary field. For general journal entries, the currency defaults to the base currency of your company or root parent subsidiary. You can select any other currency available in your account.…

Hi @Matthew Pitkin I would like to clarify if your main concern is preventing to post transaction under the Parent Company customer record? Per checking, you may opt to set the Parent Record to Inactive by navigating to the Parent Customer record under Edit mode > System Information tab > setting Inactive checkbox to = T.…

Thank you Angela for your additional insight! Hi @User_USRCP, let us know if you're able to check Angela's comment above :)
-
Hi @KevinWong, yes that's right so that the saved search would be able to pull SuiteTax related fields from the record.
-
Hi @FazeprooF, can you check if the transaction has several related associated transactions? This could also be one of the reasons where it's pulling the amounts from different associated transactions.
-
Hi @AhmedM, i agree with Angela. Also, per checking, there is an enhancement logged for this concern under #192289 CSV Import > Ability to import memorized transactions. You can vote for this enhancement on the SuiteIdeas page. At this time, there is no documented workaround. We appreciate your understanding on this…

Hi @KevinWong, per checking, not being able to add "default tax reg" into saved search because it has no SuiteTax is the standard behavior as saved search fields are only pulling the fields from the record itself. Therefore, if the field is not available in the record it wouldn't be available from the saved search too.…

Hi @KevinWong in an environment SuiteTax can either be enabled or not under SetUp > Accounting > Enable Features. Per checking, this is the standard behavior of the system, as per SAID 64728, when you enable the SuiteTax feature, SuiteTax adds the Default Tax Reg. field and the Tax Registrations subtab, and removes the…

Hi @User_FL4CK yes you can change the assigned calendar on the Subsidiary record:
