What topics do you include in your new hire orientation?

Hello KE!  We're in the process of beginning a revamp our of Orientation program and would like to know how your company handles new hire orientation, i.e., what topics are discussed/included, is your company's Orientation focused only on completing WBTs or do you offer in-person Orientation sessions, etc?

We currently handle our Orientation at our Corporate Office and cover administrative tasks, as well as team building and connecting with new hires from other offices.  Thanks, in advance for your feedback!
