How to grade a "fill in the blank" exam

I would like to administer an exam with fill in the blank questions.  After the exam is finished where can I see the finished exam to look at their answers to see if they should receive credit for an answer that is correct but does not exactly match the preset answer.  I do not want the user viewing their missed questions?  And then change their grade in the gradebook.
