EPBCS workforce -configuring Tax rates by state



We have configured different tax rates by state in the benefits and taxes wizard by defining multiple tax tiers Tier5 to Tier35).

We have set the component type as "Rate Table". In the defaults, we have selected the respective state tiers for a job and union code.

Example - Tier11 for Jobe Code-A and Union Code -CA

When we execute the "Synchronize Defaults" rule, it does not consider the rates defined in the tiers specific to state(Example - Tier11 for CA) and instead uses the rate from Tier1.

Has anyone come across this issue earlier.
