Support Models for managing Oracle Products

Hello!
My company has been using Taleo Recruiter for over a year now, and we will be implementing Oracle Fusion in December (EVERYTHING- everything in HCM, CRM, Financials, ODI, etc.)
My team (Business Systems) is trying to determine what roles we will need to support these once we go live. I know typical roles such as a System Admin, but what are some other roles/ways your companies are organized to manage your various Oracle products (or even other business products.) Especially around managing releases/patches/maintenance; Reporting; Integrations, etc.
I'd really appreciate your help! I may post this a few places as I am not sure the best spot since it covers all products.
