Delegation within Fusion- how to set up on someone else's behalf

Hello,

We went live with Fusion (HCM, ERP, CRM, CPQ) in March of this year and still sorting things out. We know how a person can go in (self service) and set up a delegate if they will be out of the office for example. We also know how to manually go in and re-assign tasks/approvals one by one. But we are wondering if there is a way for an admin to go in and set up a delgate one someone's behalf- say if they are out on leave unexpectedly for a long length of time. VS having to go in and
