Show the prompt values in scheduled reports (agents)
Use Case and Business Need
I have a few reports with variable prompts at the top of the analysis to show the user which prompts were chosen.
When the report is scheduled through an agent the prompts do not show up on the report when the user receives the report in Excel.
When the report is run manually the prompts show at the top of the page and when you download to Excel.
We schedule a lot of reports to Recruiters and it’s very helpful for them to know the parameters of the report when they receive it.
An example is below - these are the prompts in an agent however they are not displayed in the results.
