Having a list of 5, 10 or more end to end scenarios detailed in a Excel sheet can do wonders for validating refreshes, product upgrades, SFDC managed packaged upgrades, bug fixes, project work,…etc. Having the exact steps and results written down ensures more consistent testing and reduces the possibility of the changes not negatively impacting existing functionality.
