OTBI Reports for Line Managers on the Performance Document Eligibility Real Time Subject Area

OTBI Reports for Line Managers on the Performance Document Eligibility Real Time Subject Area

Content

Hello,

Has anyone tried to create custom OTBI reports for Line Managers using the Workforce Performance - Performance Document Eligibility Real Time Subject area? This SA was added as a part of R11.

We already have custom OTBI Reports from the other Workforce Performance Subject areas. They worked fine for Line Managers in R10 and are working fine in R11 too. There was a bug with the Line Manager access to the Performance Document Eligibility Real Time SA which was fixed in the November Patch set, but even after that whenever we use a Line Manager to access reports from that Subject area, no results are returned. We get the 1=2 filter appended in the Physical SQL for the Eligibility Results Inner Query.  I know this happens when there is inadequate data access to the User. But since reports from Other Performance SAs work fine for the Line Managers, I doubt that it is an Data Role issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
