Have you used the Smart Navigation in HCM Cloud?  Now users can go anywhere in the application by using the Smart Navigation found next to a Person's name or photo.  The Smart Navigation contains three sub tabs:

     1. Information (basic Person information such as phone, address, email)

     2. Actions (menu of available actions per the user's security role)

     3. Navigation (work areas within the HCM Cloud)

Each sub tab contains links to all applicable actions and/or destinations within the HCM Cloud, e.g. managers see employment transaction links, and employees see personal information links.  This greatly simplifies and enhances the navigation throughout the entire HCM Cloud.
