we have configured a Performance template Section of the Type Profile Content and are using to pull the competencies into the performance Document. The employee and Manager can rate each competency on a Profile Rating model having 5 levels 1 to 5 . While the employee and manager can rate they should be able to see the description of each rating level by clicking the 'i' icon in the Performance document. (Please see the attachment) .
Please note as per oracle note, Doc ID 2164286.1 , I have tried attaching the role “Workforce Profile Worker” duty to the seeded Employee Role , but still the proficiency rating level description does not show up While Clicking On The ' I ' Icon against each competency.
