Date field has a T between date and time

Summary

My date fields on my custom reports have a T between the date and time and I can't remove it.

I need to remove the T as it is causing confusion. If I remove my custom layout there is no T. Attached is my RTF file, but I don’t see how to change that. No one has updated this so I am not sure why this just started happening (blaming 16C upgrade).

Let me know if you know how to modify this.

 

p.s. If you know how to just show the date (no time) that would be the best Christmas present ever.
