User Role - Permissions

Is there an option to allow other system users to change the status of ILT Events, Tracks, and Sessions

One of our User Roles, Catalog Administrator, is allowed to add ILT Events, Tracks, Sessions and Enrollments. In the past, we've provided guidance to these users to ONLY delete sessions from the ILT Events/Tracks/Sessions page using the check box and "Change Status" button instead of using the "Delete Session" button from the Session Information page.

Recently, however, we discovered that the Catalog Administrators do not have the check boxes nor "Change Status" buttons (shown in attachment), but my team members do e
