Duplicates appearing - need true data

I have one field that is pulling different dates - need true dataContent
Hi Group,
I'm having an issue getting a single date to pull in correctly in OBI. The field is under Requisition Posting>Posting Date.
What I need is the date the req was posted - however, it pulls in 2 separate dates causing duplicates on my report. 9/19/16 was the actual date posted. The "different date" is shown below.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
