Hi, 

With the Release 12, the OIM and APM will be group together in the Security Console. We are designing our suppport process for the end users. 

We are thinking that it could be good to use skype Enterprise or Teamviewer in order to troublehsoot our end users. 
You are also using other tools and we have the functionnality "Log in as user" in order to identify accurately the issues encountered by the HR Administrators. 

We wanted to share our toughs about this in order to see what the best practises as a support team.
