Budget Period is not Open for this Control Budget

Summary

The Accounting Calendars and Budget Calendars are all setup but I am still seeing this error message "Budget Period is not Open for this Control Budget" everytime I check budget for any transaction.

Accounting Calendar: Monthly

Budget Calendar: Yearly

The Accounting Calendars and Budget Calendars are all setup but I am still seeing this error message "Budget Period is not Open for this Control Budget" everytime I check budget for any transaction.
