Auto close help text box upon movement to other tabs

When using Help Text in Commerce on an attribute, the help text box does not automatically close when you move between tabs.

The Help Text should only remain open while on the tab relevant to that attribute.

User is forced to manually close the help text box to get it closed even after moving to other tabs where its not relevant.

Suggest the help text should automatically close when migrating away from the attribute
