Constraint Error Message Location

The option of showing a constraint error message at the top of the page used to mean the constraint error showed at the top of the page. Now it seems to mean it shows at the top of the active tab page. In configurators with many tabs, this is not a good practice. With this setting, or the "Below Attribute" setting there is no indication of an error other than the mandatory parts list does not show.

"Top of Page" should mean the error message shows above the tabs. It would also be nice if the error message would indicate which tab the attribute is located on to make it more intuitive for users where they can find the attribute.
