Increase amount of DocuSign Tags available within CPQ.

When setting up DocuSign there are only a limited number of tags available to enter into a document to interface with DocuSign.

Based on documentation these tags are limited to signature tags designated by \s1, \s2, etc.  [How To Set Up DocuSign For Use With Doc Engine (Doc ID 1935099.1)]

In actuality, the customer can create and add additional tags to the document for adding details such as initials, names, and dates. Adding these tags can currently only be done through the DocuSign platform after the document has been sent.

The enhancement request is to enable Document Designer to natively support more tags that can interface with DocuSign.
