The Help Text for a field in Big Machines Express Configuration is limited to 255 characters, and the information cannot be formatted.

This idea is to allow far more than 255 characters, and to allow rich text formatting in the configuration field Help Text.

Every time I add a product to Salesforce, or everytime a product description is updated in Salesforce, I copy the new product description into the Help Text in Configuration, so that the user can see the product description quickly and easily while they are configuring their quote. Many of my product descriptions are longer than 255, and many are formatted (rich text) for readability, highlighting, etc.
