I recently ran a large report and found data missing. I was told that the 'best practice' is to click 'refresh reporting data' before running reports manually, but it is done automatically for scheduled reports. This makes no sense, especially considering that you must exit the report in order to click 'refresh reporting data'. Why isn't the data automatically refreshed when the 'run' button is selected?
