request for document designer hidden heading style

Heading elements are great to use in doc designer in order to build a hyperlinked table of contents.  However, to include something in the table of contents, you are required to include a visible text block for the header in the body of the page.

It wouldn't be so bad if you could include a header in the "header and footer" element but doc designer doesn't allow header elements in a header layout.

The perfect solution is to give the header element an option to be hidden / invisible like how you can change font color and size.  Currently, my workaround almost accomplishes this by reducing the size to 2pt and making the text color white against the white background.  However this still adds some space to the top of the first page of the section.  If I adjust margins to compensate the space on the first page, it messes up spacing on overflow pages.

Howdy, Stranger!
