Benefit Double Dip

Summary

Can we tell if someone is double dipping benefit plans?

Content

Hi - we have been tasked to provide a report that identifies employees who are also dependents of another employee and are enrolled as an employee and as a dependent under same health plans. And report also identifies dependents that are enrolled under same health plans by more than one employee. Business uses this report to send notifications to employees who have their dependents enrolled or covered more than once under same health plans resulting duplicate coverage.

Is this possible?  I did look through the report library and while it may not be called double dip, I didn't see anything that fit this.  Any thoughts or reports available for this?
