We are starting a fresh implementation on Financials and Procurement offering. I have a question on the offerings between Subscribe and Provisioning . 

Financials and Procurement shows subscribed and  Product Management / Fusion Manufacturing & Supply Chain shows provisioned. Requirement is if these two modules are enabled in the offering will it allow to perform the Inventory / Costing and Item master related transactions? or to perform transactions should we have these offerings subscribed?  Need clarification between Subscribed and Provision offerings.
