Hi,

I have built sql custom report and my requirement is to bring employee overall comments using BI Report. i have used DBMS_LOB.SUBSTR Function but i am getting buffer size error. For example one employee is having more than 4000 characters, if i ran this report system is not allowing more than 4000 character.
